Tom Blevins

After working in the insurance industry for over 10 years as a producer with other major insurance carriers, Tom founded Blevins Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1998.  Under his leadership, he built a successful independent agency that consist of two locations and writing business across seven states.   In December of 2024 he step down as President and has passed leadership torch to his son TJ.  He is looking forward to the legacy of Blevins Insurance  continuing into the second generation and continuing to provide outstanding service to the communities they serve.  

Tom is a native of the Lafayette area and proud McCutcheon School High alumni. Together with his wife, Donna, he lives in Lafayette. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with their six kids and sixteen grandchildren.

TJ has has been a integral part of the Blevins Insurance team since 2014, initially joining as a Sales Executive and advancing to Vice President in 2017.

Parents of two children, TJ and his wife reside in West Lafayette where he graduated from Harrison High School and Ivy Tech State College. The family enjoys spending time together; TJ makes time for playing softball, hunting, and watching sports.

Martha Bell

Martha began her insurance career in 2002 working for local agency as a front desk receptionist. In 2003 she received her Property and Casualty License and started a new position as a Personal Lines CSR.

In 2013 she joined Blevins Insurance Agency, expanding her services and expertise as a Commercial Lines Account Representative. Martha's goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with business owners and to provide outstanding service to her clients.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Steve and three children Domenic, Amber and Kris.

I began my insurance career in July 2014 as a receptionist/telemarketer for a local Allstate agency, In 2012 I received my Property & Casualty and Life & Health license and started a new position within the same company as a sales agent. I joined Blevins Insurance Agency team in November 2020.

I graduated from Frankfort High School and Ivy Tech Lafayette. I currently reside in Lebanon with my husband. In my free time I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Erica Holder

Erica is an account manager and claims coordinator, she works alongside the agents to provide superior customer service to the clients of Blevins Insurance.

She joined the agency in August of 2008, prior to joining the agency she had worked in the banking industry for 3 years in customer service.

Erica resides in Otterbein with her husband and two children. In her free time. Erica enjoys spending it with her husband Aaron and their two daughters and traveling to different places in the US.

I began my insurance career in March of 2015 as a receptionist working my way into a Personal Lines Account Manager position. I joined the agency in October of 2017.

I reside in Lafayette with my husband and our two children. In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family as much as I can.

Brittney McKinney

Policy Support/Receptionist

I've been in the insurance industry for 10 years and joined the Blevins Team in 2022. 

I loye spending time with my family and my camping. A goal of mine is to help as many people as I can.

Tina Duncan

Sales Executive

I started my insurance career when my husband and I launched our insurance agency in 1998 through 2003. I took some time off, but my heart always pulled me back to insurance. I started working again in insurance in 2014 with a local Allstate agent. I have my Property & Casualty and Life & Health license. I joined Blevins Insurance Agency team in June 2020.

I current1y reside in Lafayette with my husband and two dogs (Esther and Freeman). In my spare time I love spending time with family and visiting my daughter and her husband in North Carolina.
